Do you provide International Shipping?

Modboutique Fashions ships merchandise to locations within the United States and the rest of the World.

 How long until I receive my order?

All items are handmade unless otherwise specified and processed within 7-14 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends).
Our general shipping day of the week is Friday.

During holidays, sales, or peak times of the year there will most likely be a delay in shipping up to 21 days (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.   

MBF does not accommodate rush shipping for special events, or holidays.

 How do I track my order?

Once your order has partially or completely been processed tracking information will be sent via email, you are then able to track your package using the shipping carrier stated in the email.

Once we create your tracking information it can take up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update their system. We suggest waiting a day to track your package. All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, Fedex, and DHL

After postal service has received your package, all delays or postal issues much be handled through your local carrier. 

Help I added the wrong address?

Unfortunately MBF is not liable for addresses that are not updated during the time of purchase.

My package was lost or stolen?

These instances are so unfortunate, once your item leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the carrier to open a case for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the proper carrier to process your claim. 

MBF is not responsible for clients negation to thourougly review all shop policies prior to purchase.
